Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Visualizer located in Mumbai. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations and graphics for real estate projects, including 3D models, lighting designs, and renderings. The role involves collaborating with project teams to translate architectural drawings, concepts, and ideas into realistic and appealing visual content. The individual will also focus on enhancing designs with creative lighting and graphic elements to bring projects to life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visualization and lighting to create realistic and engaging 3D designs
• Skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to produce compelling visuals and layouts
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, or similar tools
• Creative, detail-oriented, and skilled at storytelling through visuals
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a bonus
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred
