Role Overview :

We're looking for a Senior 3D Visualizer who combines artistic creativity with technical precision to turn architectural concepts into hyper-realistic visual stories.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in visualization software, capable of leading visual direction, and managing high-quality outputs across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop photo-realistic 3D renders for architecture, interiors, and landscapes
• Create ISO and 2D plan renders for design and technical presentations
• Lead and mentor junior visualizers and freelancers to ensure quality standards
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to translate concepts into visuals
• Develop visualization strategies for client presentations and design proposals
• Manage multiple project deliverables efficiently and creatively

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, D5, Photoshop, After Effects
• Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and post-production
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering pipelines
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to translate creative vision into realistic and compelling visuals

Nice to Have:

• Experience with international or luxury design projects
• Skills in animation, walkthroughs, or motion rendering
• Ability to develop and manage rendering libraries or pipelines
