2D Animator

Lens Media is a creative studio that creates high-impact animated videos for the world's most exciting industries: AI, Crypto (Web3), SaaS, D2C, and Ed-tech.

Since our start in June 2023, we've had the chance to work with companies like CoinDCX, Arbitrum, Scaler, Masai School, and Airbound, helping them tell stories that actually move people.

We're a tight-knit team of seven editors and animators who've stuck together for over a year, some for two or more. That's our biggest flex in an industry where people usually hop around. We're now looking for our 8th pillar: 2D Animator who can bring both creative fire and technical finesse to the table.

You'll turn ideas into motion. From brainstorming and storyboarding to design and animation, you'll help craft visually stunning videos that make people stop, think, and feel.

You'll collaborate with a team of editors, producers, and designers to bring brand stories to life.

• Strong understanding of the four pillars of animation: Ideation Storyboarding Design Animation
• Eye for detail and ability to spot (and take inspiration from) great motion content
• Comfort with tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Procreate
• Sketching skills earn you brownie points (not mandatory, but definitely a plus!)
• Clear communicator who can explain creative thoughts and flag issues early
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Behance, and Dribbble
• Someone who shares our long-term vision and wants to build with usnot just work for us

• A motion designer or animator who's worked with a creative studio or agency before
• You've shipped campaigns, product explainers, or launch videos end-to-end
• You believe design and animation can tell stories that words alone can't

• Role: 2D Motion Designer
• Experience: 24 years
• Compensation: 610L/year (based on experience and skill)
• Location: Bangalore-based preferred (but we currently work remotely)
