We are seeking a International Voice Process Associate with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role involves handling inbound and outbound patient calls related to medical billing, claims, denials, and account resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting performance metrics.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, RCM knowledge, and the ability to manage high-volume voice processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical claims, billing, insurance coverage, and payment plans
Resolve claim denials, rejections, and billing disputes accurately and efficiently
Document call outcomes and next steps in systems with high accuracy
Meet and exceed SLA and KPI metrics (productivity, quality, first-call resolution, TAT)
Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Client teams
Mentor junior associates and support process improvements
Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM (AR follow-up, denials, patient billing)
Excellent verbal communication with clear, neutral accent
Strong customer empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
Familiarity with practice management systems, payer portals, and MS Office
Flexibility to work US night shifts

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (BA/BCOM preferred)
1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM Voice / AR Calling / Patient Billing / Claim Resolution
Experience handling escalations or authorization follow-ups preferred
