HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

Responsible for scaling up the business and contribute to strategic priorities in HR focusing on financial services GCCs. You will also be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, program managing large client initiatives and providing oversight to a highly competent team. You will be expected to excel at client relationship management, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent networking skills, both inside and outside of EY.

Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities(Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent management, Change management) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges.

Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clientsLead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively.

Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisionsTake a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.

Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environmentIdentify and effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issuesContribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients.

Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people

Areas of work: Talent Transformation, Leadership Development, Total Rewards, Succession Planning, Organizational Design, Performance Management and career mapping, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy, Organizational Change Management with global clients to setup GCC.

Technical Competency

Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a Tier 1 Institute.6 - 9 years of experience in HR Strategy and Consulting.

Demonstrated expertise in applying consulting frameworks to assess and optimize workforce strategies.

Strong analytical skills to interpret labor market trends and provide actionable insights for clients.

Proficient in developing tailored workforce solutions that align with organizational goals and client needs.

Experience in conducting workforce assessments and implementing change management practices.

Ability to leverage data-driven methodologies to enhance workforce performance and efficiency.

Ideally you'll also haveStrong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
