Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle
- Facilitate global and regional HR processes including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and performance management
- Coordinate cyclical talent activities such as goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Ensure smooth execution of year-end performance and compensation planning processes
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and communication programs
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging across teams
- Support employee retention strategies and engagement surveys
- Foster a positive workplace culture where all employees feel valued
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as HR advisor to business leaders and stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and operational needs
- Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Manage expectations across internal and client stakeholders
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding
- Support client transitions by enabling smooth workforce onboarding processes
Performance & Data-Driven HR
- Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and performance improvements
- Translate data into insights to influence HR and business strategies
- Monitor HR metrics related to engagement, retention, and performance
Change Management & Organizational Development
- Support cultural transformation initiatives in a matrix organization
- Assist in implementing HR policies and global HR frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience
Communication & Advisory
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across functions and regions
- Adapt communication styles to diverse audiences
