Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle

  • Facilitate global and regional HR processes including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and performance management
  • Coordinate cyclical talent activities such as goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Ensure smooth execution of year-end performance and compensation planning processes

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and communication programs
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging across teams
  • Support employee retention strategies and engagement surveys
  • Foster a positive workplace culture where all employees feel valued

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as HR advisor to business leaders and stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and operational needs
  • Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage expectations across internal and client stakeholders

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely hiring and onboarding
  • Support client transitions by enabling smooth workforce onboarding processes

Performance & Data-Driven HR

  • Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and performance improvements
  • Translate data into insights to influence HR and business strategies
  • Monitor HR metrics related to engagement, retention, and performance

Change Management & Organizational Development

  • Support cultural transformation initiatives in a matrix organization
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and global HR frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience

Communication & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Adapt communication styles to diverse audiences
