We are looking for a professional and presentable Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area of the Admissions Department. The role involves greeting parents and students, coordinating meetings with counselors and departments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming admission experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Visitor Management

• Greet and welcome parents, students, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner • Ensure a positive first impression of the institution • Assist visitors with basic admission-related information and direct them appropriately • Maintain visitor logs and records accurately

2. Coordination & Scheduling

• Arrange and coordinate meetings between parents/students and admission counselors or departments • Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in inquiries • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor flow

3. Communication Handling

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally • Provide accurate information regarding admissions, courses, and general queries • Redirect queries to relevant departments when required

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update visitor and inquiry data in MS Excel or internal systems • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records • Prepare basic reports related to inquiries and visitor data

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing roles • Experience in the education sector preferred
