This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor, located in Mohali district. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include evaluating student applications, advising students on program options, fostering communication between departments, and meeting enrollment targets. The role requires proactive engagement with educational institutions, students, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and institutional representatives.
• Experience in customer service and sales to support potential students in making informed decisions about their educational journey.
• Familiarity with the education sector and admission processes, along with a passion for higher education.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Prior experience in admissions, academic advising, or a related field is a key advantage.
• Proficiency in using digital systems and communication tools for managing and monitoring admissions pipelines is a plus.
