Automation of business processes through AI framework plays a critical role in this engagement. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and contribute to a major global customs rollout for the iCAP AI application. Your responsibilities include defining end‑to‑end processes, validating solution frameworks, and coordinating with business teams to manage country- and customer-specific variations. You will be accountable for owning the complete lifecycle, from use‑case onboarding, configuration, UAT support through deployment into production. Your functional knowledge of logistics documentation will support analysis and field‑level data extraction across diverse document types such as invoices, bookings, and customs documents. Additionally, your technical expertise in Python Django, combined with LLM and prompt‑engineering skills, will enable effective issue triage, root‑cause analysis, and debugging of extraction‑related issues.

As a Senior IT Solutions Consultant, having logistics customs knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Python Django Framework along with expertise in LLM model and Prompt Engineering for structured data extraction will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a techno functional aficionado therefore, you have a good understanding of upstream and downstream Integration systems, Json/ schema mapping validation and structured output analysis. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
