User Experience Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer, based in Indore. The role involves designing user-centered digital experiences by employing user research, design thinking, and prototyping techniques. The User Experience Designer will focus on creating intuitive user interfaces, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience of our products.

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies for understanding audience needs and solving usability challenges
• Strong User Experience (UX) skills, including information architecture, interaction design, and user flow creation
• Expertise in Visual Design and creating aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
• Hands-on experience with Prototyping tools to translate designs into interactive models
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an acute attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Familiarity with IoT and AI-driven systems is advantageous
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams
