We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Executive to drive business development for CRNO (Cold Rolled Non-Oriented) products. The ideal candidate will possess strong industrial selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a foundational understanding of the steel industry. This role requires an individual who is ethical, adaptable, and capable of fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Major Responsibilities:

Focus on the business development of CRNO products, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
Facilitate effective interaction with customers to understand their needs, build relationships, and drive sales.
Ensure seamless interaction with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Education Qualification:

Essential: BE (Bachelor of Engineering).
Desired: MBA - Marketing.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Proven Industrial selling experience.
Basic Proficiency in computer operation, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Language Proficiency: Known languages include English, Hindi, and a local language.
Strong Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
Developed Analytical skills to interpret market data and customer feedback.
Basic understanding of the Steel Industry, especially relevant to CRNO.
