Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Intern located in Pune at Rasta.AI. The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks to support the company's mission of improving road infrastructure management.

Roles and Responsibility:

Assist in drafting and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
Create and schedule engaging content including posts, graphics, reels, and short videos related to AI, smart mobility, road safety, and technology innovation.
Help write blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
Work with the product and marketing team to promote Rasta.AI features, updates, case studies, and government collaborations.
Conduct basic keyword research and implement on-page SEO techniques.
Assist in updating website content to enhance search engine rankings.
Coordinate with internal teams for design, content, and delivery of campaigns.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Attend marketing team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills:

Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder handling ability
Ability to prepare professional presentations and documentation
Willingness and comfort for travel and field work
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategy.
Knowledge of tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of AI, technology, or the startup ecosystem is preferred.
Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, or related field
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools (Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer, etc.)
Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Web Analytics and Online Marketing skills
Strong communication skills
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to analyze data and generate insights
Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques
Interest in road infrastructure and sustainability
Enrollment in or completion of relevant marketing courses or programs
