Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Marketing Intern role based in Sholinganallur, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities include creating marketing material, analyzing customer feedback, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting in customer service initiatives to improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support users and collaborate effectively
- Experience in Market Research and understanding customer behavior
- Ability to develop and contribute to Marketing Strategies and execute relevant plans
- Foundational knowledge or interest in Sales processes is a plus
- Passionate about healthcare technology and eager to learn
- Proficiency in digital tools and basic analytics software
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
