Position Summary

The Lead Trainer - Assessments will develop and deliver training modules/manuals on pedagogy, assessments, and data use in support of a large-scale government education assessment projects.

This role will be based in Guwahati and the successful candidate must be willing and able to commute to this location

Minimum Qualification

Post-graduate degree in Education/Mathematics/Language

Desirable Qualification

D.El.Ed./B.Ed./M.Ed. is preferable.

Required Experience

7+ years of professional experience of teaching or training experience or relevant experience in assessment design/content creation.
Experience in developing and delivering training modules/manuals on pedagogy, assessments, and data use
Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to work with SCERT, DIETs, and teachers.
Experience in Education Assessment project for government entity is preferred.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder environments, including with government agencies or education boards.
Experience in creating reports, presentations, and operational documentation for large-scale projects.
Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, and analysis methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and online survey platforms.

Desired Experience

Familiarity with education and assessment frameworks.
