U.S. 3rd Party Collections Specialists to join International BPO.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the collection process for third-party accounts in the U.S.
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
Maintain accurate records of collections activities and update customer account information.
Analyze accounts and prepare reports on collection status and trends.
Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies and processes.
Handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional manner.
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.

Pan India Candidates with relevant experience in U.S. 3rd Party Collections can apply.
HSC/Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in U.S. 3rd Party Collections can apply.
Gap of not more than 3 months
Should have been employed for the last 3 years with payslips and bank statements.
Age limit upto 40 years.
No unexplained LOP/LWP
Salary - upto Rs.33,000 take home, Rs. 35,000 gross, CTC upto Rs. 4.20LPA + Unlimited Incentives
Monday to Friday fixed working days; Saturday & Sunday fixed off (1 Saturday working per month, with a compensatory off)
