We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter - Domestic with 1–2 years of experience in IT staffing. If you're passionate about technology recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect!

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience

Source top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and industry events

Stay informed on tech hiring trends and best practices

Advise clients on candidate availability, salary trends, and market dynamics

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing services
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple tech roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools
Proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth environment
