Next Gen Software Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for India IT requirements

• Understand JDs, skill requirements, and hiring needs

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases, and social media

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and client requirements

• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical/professional suitability

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate data, feedback, and pipeline status in ATS/recruitment systems

• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process

• Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining follow-ups

• Work on multiple, niche, urgent, and difficult-to-find technical requirements

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database

• Utilize AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing and screening efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of experience in Domestic/India IT Recruitment

Strong understanding of the Indian IT staffing market

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms

Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Good knowledge of Indian salary structures, notice periods, locations, and hiring practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines

Experience handling niche/challenging technical requirements

Hands-on experience with ATS/recruitment management systems

AI recruitment/sourcing experience is an added advantage
