Key Responsibilities

Data Architecture & Platform Leadership

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture, including data warehouse, data lake, and customer data platform (CDP).
Own cloud‑based data platforms like Azure Synapse, including performance, scalability, and reliability.
Define data standards, integration patterns, and best practices across the data ecosystem.

Data Engineering & Integration

Design and build robust, scalable data pipelines using ETL / ELT patterns.
Integrate data from enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and other customer data processing systems.
Ensure high data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and operational stability across all pipelines.
Support both batch and near real‑time data ingestion where required.

Business Intelligence & Visualization

Lead the development of enterprise BI and visualization solutions using Power BI.
Build scalable semantic models and high‑impact dashboards for senior leadership and business teams.
Enable real‑time and near real‑time dashboards for operational and commercial use cases (experience is a strong plus).
Promote self‑service analytics while maintaining governance and consistency.

Analytics, Forecasting & Business Insights

Enable advanced analytics and forecasting to support demand planning, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and financial planning.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytics use cases and data models.
Drive adoption of data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Functional Ownership – Sales, Marketing & Finance

Deliver analytics and reporting solutions for Sales & Marketing, including pipeline, performance, customer behavior, and campaign insights.
Support Finance analytics, including revenue, cost, margin, forecasting, and performance management use cases.
Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and alignment with business metrics.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Act as the single‑point owner for data engineering and analytics initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
Collaborate closely with IT, Digital, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and delivery timelines.
