Summary
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration.
- Collaborate and manage the team to ensure performance and efficiency.
- Make key decisions regarding application development and team management.
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical business decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead and mentor junior professionals, fostering skill development.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP Basis Administration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have:
- Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
- Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and system architecture
- Experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning
- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts
- Experience in SAP system upgrades and patching
