Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients, build strong customer relationships, and guide them through purchasing or renting residential and commercial properties. The role involves conducting market research, understanding clients needs, showcasing properties, and negotiating deals to close sales. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including client relationship management and negotiation.
Knowledge of the real estate market, customer preferences, and property trends in the Gurgaon/NCR region.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clients.
Proficiency in Organizational and Time Management Skills for handling multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of Marketing and Client Engagement Strategies to attract and retain customers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant experience in sales or real estate is highly advantageous.
