About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR & Admin Executive to oversee the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating a positive employee experience, streamlining HR processes, and managing day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain employee records and update HRMS regularly.
Process confirmations, promotions, and employee exits.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Draft HR letters, policies, and employee communications.
Conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.

Administration

Manage daily office operations and ensure workplace readiness.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and service requirements.
Maintain office inventor and asset records.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and administrative support.
Monitor vendor invoices and administrative expenses.

Required Skills

Strong recruitment and HR operations knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and attendance management.
Knowledge of HR best practices.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR & Admin roles.
