Nisum is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join our team as a backfill. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating new hires, managing employee personal files, overseeing health and life insurance processes, and handling attendance and leave management. If you have a solid understanding of HR operations, excel at data analysis, and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

New hire coordination, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Update employee personal files meticulously.
Handle the complete process of Health Insurance and Life Insurance.
Manage Attendance & Leave for employees.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, taking complete ownership of compensation and payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

What You Know:

Experience in HR in a reputed organization.
Ability to create Data dashboards on different aspects of employee lifecycle, payroll data, etc.
Experience with Exit management.
Proficiency in coordinating Employee engagement activities.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting objectives.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
