About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for software and accounting professionals. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and capable of owning the hiring function from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, ERP, Software Development, and Accounting roles
- Work closely with founders and department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS
- Support onboarding and initial employee engagement
Required Skills:
- Strong exposure to IT hiring and Accounting/Finance hiring
- Ability to manage hiring independently
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and HR tools
Preferred:
- Experience in ERP / SaaS / Consulting firms
- Immediate or short notice period
- Ability to assess role fit beyond just resumes
- Experience in SME / Startup / Consulting / Product company hiring (preferred)
Tools & Systems:
Experience with:
- LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Hiring
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- ATS / HRMS / ERP systems (bonus if ERP exposure)
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills for hiring trackers
