Job Description – Senior Zuora Billing Consultant / Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Zuora Billing professional with hands-on experience in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Salesforce integration. The primary focus of this role will be designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Zuora Billing solutions, with Salesforce experience required for integration and related development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Zuora Billing solutions across the complete subscription-to-cash lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Product Catalog, Subscription Management, Orders, Invoicing, Payments, and Amendments.
• Configure and customize Zuora based on business and billing requirements.
• Design and support subscription, pricing, invoicing, payment, and billing processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora and Salesforce.
• Work with Zuora REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and data migration/integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Zuora billing, subscription, invoice, and integration issues.
• Work with Salesforce for approximately 20% of the role, including Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce–Zuora integration.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on Zuora Billing experience – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing and Subscription Management.
• Experience with Zuora Product Catalog, Orders, Invoicing, Payments, Amendments, and Billing Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora–Salesforce integration.
• Good Salesforce development knowledge: Apex, SOQL, Flows, and APIs.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Experience in troubleshooting and production support.

Preferred

• Zuora certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with Zuora CPQ.
• Experience with integration/middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
