Zuora Billing Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and implement Zuora Billing solutions for various projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Design and integrate Zuora APIs with other enterprise applications, such as CRM, ERP, and third-party tools.
• Work with Zuora workflows, objects, and configurations to create tailored solutions that meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to billing, subscriptions, and payments to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize Zuora processes for better performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, business stakeholders) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security guidelines during Zuora implementation and integration.
• Provide technical support and documentation for Zuora solutions, ensuring ease of use and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Zuora Billing development.
• Strong expertise in Zuora APIs, workflows, and custom objects.
• Hands-on experience integrating Zuora with CRM, ERP, or other third-party applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for API development and customization.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data migration strategies within Zuora.
• Familiarity with subscription lifecycle management and revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Work Schedule:

• Must be available to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zuora Certification is a plus.
• Experience with Zuora Revenue or other related billing platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
