Role Summary

We are looking for aSenior Zuora Billing Developerwith strong hands-on experience in implementing and supportingZuora Billingsolutions for subscription-based and usage-based business models. The role requires deep expertise inbilling configuration, integrations, and Quote-to-Cash processes, along with the ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customizeZuora Billingsolutions.
• Product catalogs, rate plans, and charges
• Amendments, renewals, cancellations, and proration
• Usage-based and tiered pricing models
• Invoice generation, taxation, payments, refunds
• Dunning, collections, and revenue schedules (integration-level)
• CRM (Salesforce)
• ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Build and consumeZuora REST APIs, workflows, and custom logic.
• SupportQuote-to-Cash (Q2C)processes in collaboration with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Create technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed.

2. Zuora Product Catalog, Rate Plans, Charges
3. Subscriptions, Amendments, Renewals
4. Billing, Invoicing, Payments, and Collections
5. Experience withZuora REST APIs, data exports, and integrations
6. Solid understanding ofsubscription and SaaS business models
7. Salesforce (CRM / CPQ)
8. ERP / Finance systems
9. Good understanding ofQuote-to-Cash (Q2C)processes
10. Experience working inAgile delivery models
11. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Experience withZuora Revenue / RevPro
• Exposure toZuora CPQ
• Knowledge of revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606 / IFRS 15 functional level)
• Experience with high-volume billing or complex pricing models
• Prior offshore/onshore delivery experience
• Knowledge of middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi)
