About the Role

Reporting to the Global VP Customer Experience or the Global Webinar Coordinator, will play a key role in developing Frost & Sullivan's thought leadership and marketing content across priority industries.

The Online Growth Webinar Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and executing virtual Growth webinars. The role ensures seamless delivery of online webinars while supporting content, reporting, and campaign alignment to drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Webinar Planning & Execution

Manage and maintain the webinar schedule

Conduct technical checks (audio/video readiness) for all sessions

Host live webinars, including:

Following scripts

Launching polls

Supporting internal and external panellists

Post-Event Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile reports on:
  • Registrations
  • Attendance
  • Performance metrics
  • Poll results
  • Share insights and recordings with global teams

Campaign & Content Support

  • Review webinar campaigns for brand compliance
  • Collaborate with the Content team for the blurb and panelists details
  • Develop manuals, handbooks, and infographics for webinars
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to build and maintain a Zoom database

Coordination & Operations

  • Share tracking links with social/media teams
  • Maintain and update all webinars on the Zoom platform
  • Support global teams in driving company growth goals
  • Handle additional coordination tasks as required

Video Creation and Youtube

  • Video editing capabilities will be an added advantage
  • Manage YouTube channel for webinars
  • Create short key takeaway videos from webinars.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in customer service / coordination roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (fluent English)
  • Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking ability
  • Video editing to create short snippets
  • Experience with event management or project coordination (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Zoom
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
