Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

Planning and Execution of New Store + Renovations

.Open all stores as per latest MPM (Merchandising Presentation Manual) + NSO (New Store Opening) guidelines and the latest retail ID.

. Design and execute the faade elevations.

. Plan and order the mannequins, hangers, VM hardware and negative area.

. Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.

. Set-up the store and follow the timelines given by manager.

. Ensure timely billing process.

Improve visual experience for the customer.

. Timely adaptations of Window and In-store Dockets

. Push for MPM replication quality and elevations uniformity as per planned density through all the stores

. Timely Planning and Executions.

. Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.

. Ensure that the stores have put up the latest and right communications in all stores.

Drive Operational excellence in VM

. Ensure visits as per calendar to the stores in line the RVM and RM.

. Timely training at the model store to drill down MPM and Elevations to the front-end team - to be planned with the ABM.

. Maintain all store visit reports, with before and after pics and/or training pics.

. Keep the billing process tight and follow the process to the T.

. Compilation of execution pics of the region

. Monthly/Quarterly calendar and reports maintenance.

. Update all store dockets in Q4
