External Job Description
- Ensuring sales delivery on all dcor categories in the geography- wallpaper, furniture etc.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category level plans
- Coordination for material delivery to retailers.
- Responsible for sustenance of existing network and for Network expansion.
- Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding and Collections from customers
- Interaction with end customers like Architects, interior designers to help aid secondary sales
- Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations
- Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
