Zonal Training Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team at Urban Company.

As a Zonal Training Manager, you will be responsible for curating content to teach partners vocational skills, training trainers, and ensuring adherence to basic requirements. Your primary goal will be to enhance the skills and knowledge of our partners and trainers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curate Content: Develop and curate high-quality content to teach partners vocational skills, ensuring alignment with industry standards and Urban Company's requirements.

2. Train Trainers: Train and mentor trainers on the curated content, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively train partners.

3. Reiterate Requirements: Reinforce and reiterate basic requirements to partners and trainers, ensuring they understand and adhere to Urban Company's standards.

4. Develop Adherence Strategies: Create and implement strategies to drive adherence to basic requirements, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in training, teaching, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of vocational skills and industry standards

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to develop and curate high-quality content

- Experience in training trainers or mentors

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field

- Certification in vocational training or a related area

- Experience working with online learning platforms or training software

- Familiarity with Urban Company's services and standards
