Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager (South), based in Bengaluru. The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and expand the company's market presence in the southern zone. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, analyzing sales performance, fostering relationships with key clients, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves ensuring high customer satisfaction standards and aligning regional goals with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales strategy, team management, and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to build client relationships and manage regional market dynamics
  • Proficiency in sales analysis, forecasting, and developing actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is an added advantage

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
