Job Description

  • Develop and implement the zonal sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across adhesives, silicones, and sealants segments.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the zonal sales team to ensure target achievement.
  • Appoint, develop, and monitor distributors and channel partners within the zone.
  • Expand market presence by identifying new customers, projects, and business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts including OEMs, contractors, builders, and institutional clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and product mix within the assigned zone.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables across the zone.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for smooth business operations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility and effective implementation of marketing initiatives in the zone.
