Job Summary:

Rymo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the northern Region of India covering multiple states & cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing key accounts, building,and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of activities for revenue target achievement in the region.
  • Lead a team of sales associates, product specialists and monitor sales performance
  • Manage distributors and resellers to ensure effective market coverage and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly regional targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in hospitals and private centers.
  • Leverage a strong network within the healthcare industry to promote Rymo's products.
  • Ensure regular data collection in CRM, provide regular feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales exp., preferably in medical equipment / devices or healthcare products.
  • Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and local languages
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
