Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

Role Objective:
The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and overall business performance across the assigned zone. The role involves managing regional teams, strengthening channel relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of go-to-market strategies in alignment with Realme's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve zonal targets for smartphones and AIoT products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve volume, market share, and profitability goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across regions to identify opportunities for improvement.
Channel Development & Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Ensure optimal channel coverage, product availability, and sell-out performance.
- Oversee distributor ROI, inventory management, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Drive implementation of trade schemes and promotional programs to enhance market presence.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Regional and Area Sales Managers to deliver business results.
- Set clear objectives, track performance, and ensure capability development across the team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
Market Intelligence & Execution Excellence
- Track competition, market trends, and customer preferences to guide business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for regional activations and new product launches.
- Ensure effective execution of retail visibility, brand initiatives, and in-store engagement programs.
Operational & Process Excellence
- Monitor stock levels, supply chain efficiency, and timely collection from trade partners.
- Maintain operational discipline, data accuracy, and compliance with Realme's policies and processes.

- Strong understanding of smartphone industry dynamics and channel ecosystems.
- Proven experience in driving sales through distribution and retail channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1015 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the mobile handset / consumer electronics industry.
