Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager - North located in Noida. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, appointment of SS & distributors with managing and growing sales in the assigned territory, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing training and support to the sales team, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. The Zonal Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and sales strategy development
• Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the fashion accessories or leather goods industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
