Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Coaching:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expert Sales Executives (ESEs).
  • Build high energy and motivation levels, ensuring low attrition and high engagement.
  • Foster in-clinic effectiveness through superior HCP engagement.
  • Strategy Execution:
  • Execute organizational sales strategies to achieve business outcomes in the zone.
  • Roll out key marketing campaigns in coordination with the Regional Expert Sales Manager.
  • Segmentation & Targeting:
  • Implement effective HCP segmentation and targeting to engage the most relevant experts for GSK/Haleon products.
  • Performance Analysis & Planning:
  • Analyze area performance using data sources like IQVIA to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and drive implementation of quarterly/annual expert activation plans and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially senior HCPs at national/state level.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance regional market penetration.
  • Compliance & Ethics:
  • Ensure adherence to Haleon's Values, Ethics, and Compliance standards.
  • Distribution Management:
  • Establish and maintain an efficient distribution structure in the assigned geography.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
  • Full-time MBA, M.Pharm, or M.Sc from a recognized institute.
  • Experience:
  • 2–5 years of people management experience.
  • Industry experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, FMCG, FMCH, or FMCD is preferred.
  • Key Skills:
  • People Management, Business Planning, Coaching & Mentoring, Data Analysis (IQVIA), Sales Strategy Execution, HCP Engagement, Compliance, KOL Management.
