This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager based in Jaipur. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on CNS and neuropsychiatric products
• Skills in market analysis, identifying sales opportunities, and creating actionable strategies
• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and driving sales performance
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet organizational objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in mental health pharmaceuticals or a related healthcare domain is an advantage
