Designation: Zonal Sales Manager - Construction Finance
Expereince: 12+ years
Location: Chennai
Role & Responsibilities:
-Construct and implement a growth strategy at the state level that is in line with organizational goals
-Oversee the entire construction finance and real estate loan business growth process in State.
-Start big construction finance arrangements in the following areas: residential projects, mixed-use and commercial developments, redevelopment, and planned developments.
-Work with the Credit & Risk teams to source, structure, and negotiate deals.
-Promote portfolio ramp-up, sanction, and payout while guaranteeing compliance with credit policies.
-Keep an eye on portfolio performance and assist in early stress case resolution.
-Represent the company in developer networks, industry associations, and Tamil Nadu real estate forums.
-Assemble, develop, and oversee a productive state business team.
-Offer top management regular market intelligence, pipeline evaluations, and MIS.
Note: Expereince in handling Construction finance is mandatory.
