Role Summary:
The Job holder will need to engage with internal sales team along with the Channel Partner to exhibit leadership to drive Insurance Sales through a combination of coaching, training, field sales support and business development activities

Partner and Client Management | . Delivery of a profitable & sustainable business model . The role holder should have the ability to set goals, efficiently organize work processes and create/execute plans aligned with choice priorities . to plan proactively, establish key priorities, allocates resources efficiently, . Implements and monitor plans constantly to track progress and makes adjustment basis need to accomplish desired goals. . Establishes a systematic course of action for self and others. . Team Management | . Act as a mentor and coach for the leaders in supervisory roles CSM/KAMs . Monitor and review their performance . Lead by example in all spheres and direction setting .
