Drive business growth for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products across the assigned zone.
Identify and onboard corporate anchors, dealers, distributors, and vendors for SCF programs.
Develop and implement zone-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and portfolio targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NBFCs, banks, and channel partners.
Work closely with credit, risk, operations, and product teams for smooth onboarding and disbursement.
Monitor portfolio performance, utilization levels, and delinquency within the zone.
Lead and manage the regional sales team, including target setting, mentoring, and performance tracking.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
