  • Drive business growth for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products across the assigned zone.

  • Identify and onboard corporate anchors, dealers, distributors, and vendors for SCF programs.

  • Develop and implement zone-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue and portfolio targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NBFCs, banks, and channel partners.

  • Work closely with credit, risk, operations, and product teams for smooth onboarding and disbursement.

  • Monitor portfolio performance, utilization levels, and delinquency within the zone.

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team, including target setting, mentoring, and performance tracking.

  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
