About the role: He/she will be responsible for
overall marketing strategy of offline programs, targeting prospect students and parents for a particular region.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote NEET, JEE and PNCF classroom programs.
- Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead Generation and Enrollment Targets:
- Set and achieve lead generation and enrollment targets for each program.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and offline activities, to generate leads.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to meet enrollment goals.
- Brand Management and Promotion:
Develop and execute brand promotion plans, ensure brand consistency, and maintain brand reputation within the zone.
- Channel Management and Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other relevant partners to promote our programs.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and seminars to promote classroom programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and enrollment strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
