Zonal Manager South

The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing overall business operations in the assigned region, driving sales and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet organizational goals. The role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and experience in MSME and Agri Commodity funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional business operations and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive sales and business development initiatives in MSME and Agri Commodity funding segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20–25 Relationship Managers, directly or indirectly through Team Leads.
• Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments for process improvements and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in MSME funding and Agri Commodity funding.
• At least 10 years in a regional leadership role managing large teams.
• Experience in Agri, Credit, or SME/Corporate Banking preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to mentor teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with working with government agencies and regulators is a plus.
• Fluency in local languages will be an added advantage.
