We are seeking a seasoned Zonal Manager OEM WEST to lead the expansion of our footprint across OEM accounts in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in direct field sales management of B2B industrial products. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue and market share, lead and coach a sales team, and build deep, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in OEM organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Be accountable for meeting revenue and margin targets by driving sales to OEM accounts. You will also be responsible for retaining existing customers and growing key OEM relationships through strategic account initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach the team of associates within the region to achieve targets. This includes developing and grooming associates to become future leaders.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with OEM customers. You will conduct product demos, sample runs, and gather feedback to earn customer trust and repeat business.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and strategize moves for assigned customers and territories. You will also generate leads through regular customer engagement and promptly and effectively solve customer queries.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service and tech support, to ensure seamless service and order delivery. You will also work with global counterparts to share best practices and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in capital goods or industrial product segments. Proven experience in direct field sales management and a track record of successfully overseeing the execution of multiple projects.
- Education: An Engineering degree.
