Job Summary
The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the pharmaceutical sales operations within a designated zone. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales performance, manage teams effectively, and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct sales forecasting and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility.
- Implement business and operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute Go To Market strategies for new product launches.
- Oversee channel management to maximize distribution and sales opportunities.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
