Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Zonal Head - Sales. The Zonal Head will oversee and manage zonal sales operations, set and achieve targets, and implement sales strategies to enhance business performance. Responsibilities include account management, leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales data to make informed decisions, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive growth in the region.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Team Management
  • Strong experience in Account Management and Analytical Skills to optimize sales efforts
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in Insurance Domain or NBFC Domain will be preferred.
