Job Description
- Lead a team of 800 field salesforce across
- Manage the direct sales channels across the entire Northern zone.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Zonal Head should have:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in life insurance
- A strong background in the life insurance industry, particularly in direct sales channel.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
- The ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
