Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the zone

• Develop detailed project budgets and monitor adherence

Cost Management & Control:

• Establish cost control mechanisms and ensure cost optimization across projects

• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions

Project Costing:

• Oversee cost estimation, BOQ validation, and tender costing

• Ensure accurate cost projections and risk assessment

Commercial & Contract Management:

• Review contracts from a cost and commercial perspective

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering initiatives

Reporting & Analysis:

• Provide MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights to senior leadership

• Monitor key financial KPIs and drive performance improvements

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with project, procurement, finance, and leadership teams

• Act as a key advisor on cost-related decisions

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the zonal C&B team

• Build a high-performance culture and ensure capability development
