ZONAL CREDIT MANAGER - PERSONAL LOAN

Job Description :

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.Evaluate creditworthiness of potential borrowers and approve or reject loan applications within the zone.Monitor and manage credit risk exposure within the zone, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential risks.Provide guidance and support to Regional Credit Managers in underwriting decisions and portfolio management.Conduct regular reviews and analysis of loan portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to achieve business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to lending activities.Lead and motivate the Regional Credit Managers to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality.Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the credit team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the credit function.
