We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Zonal Credit Manager to lead credit for our Affordable Housing Finance business.
Location: Coimbatore
Experience & Eligibility
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Affordable Home Loan Credit
- Currently managing large-scale credit operations (3035 branches)
- Strong experience in handling entire Tamil Nadu operations in a leadership role
- Age Criteria: Up to 46 years
- Candidates must be from Affordable Housing Finance background only
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage zonal credit underwriting and policy implementation
- Ensure strong credit quality, risk assessment, and portfolio health
- Drive governance, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Oversee and mentor multi-branch credit teams across Tamil Nadu
- Coordinate with business, legal, and technical teams for smooth credit processing
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement risk mitigation strategies
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Affordable Housing Credit Appraisal
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of credit policies, risk frameworks, and compliance
